DESCRIPTION:Join Danielle Rogers\, Jan Strout and Lei-Anna Bertelsen for a conversation with local women leaders who are helping to shape the future of our community. Each holds a seat in local decision-making: as Chair of the City’s Economic Vitality Board\, the Bozeman City Study Commission\, and on the Bozeman School Board.  They will share info about current projects\, highlight examples of how and why women’s voices are making an impact and ways you can get involved to make a difference. Bozeman City for CEDAW Task Force co-leaders will reflect on collective efforts to advance equity in Bozeman’s adoption of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) as a City Ordinance. \nThis Women’s Center Sack Lunch Seminar will be held at the Strand Union Building (SUB) Alumni Lounge on Wednesday\, October 29th from 12-1p. \n
