DESCRIPTION:When: Sunday\, May 3rd from 12-1pm\nWhere: First Presbyterian Church\, 26 W. Babcock St. \nMany medics make our protests safer. In this class\, we will go through medical problems we might encounter and develop a beginner-level of knowledge and list for a first aid kit. Topics: General information\, patient documentation\, signs of stroke\, signs of heart attack\, signs of hypoglycemia\, dealing with seizures\, burns and chemical burns\, pepper spray\, heat exhaustion\, heat stroke\, hypothermia\, gunshot wound\, car accident\, mass casualty events\, and mental illness. \nBozeman Rising is a grassroots network of community members who are leading initiatives\, mobilizing neighbors\, and advancing Indivisible’s One Million Rising strategy to resist authoritarianism and build a fair and equitable society. \nA core principle behind all Bozeman Rising events is a commitment to nonviolent action.
