The goal is to recruit bystanders and paint even more rocks with resistance and heartfelt messages and place them around town to be noticed! We are spreading the message so that people who are worried about the current administration know they are not alone.  Of course\, it is littering\, so placing the rocks should be done judiciously and with a mischievous wink.
