Join us for “Teresita’s Dream” film screening and discussion about Cuba’s new Alzheimer’s vaccine. This short documentary is the extraordinary story of Cuban scientist Teresita Rodriguez and her team of women colleagues. What began as an effort to help her mother, diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, leads to a discovery that could forever change how the world treats this devastating disease.
Guest Speaker Elisabeth Stevens, founder of Americans for Common Sense about Cuba and former organizer for Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals (CCMP), is featured with discussion. We will also discuss upcoming 2026 campaigns and how to get involved.
