Class Requirements: Students should wear athletic clothing and footwear. Personal water bottle recommended.

This women-led self-defense education program is designed to promote personal safety, confidence, and risk reduction, while remaining open to participants of all genders. Through structured, instructor-led instruction, participants learn threat awareness, boundary setting, and practical physical self-defense strategies, including techniques for striking and safely disengaging from common holds.The course concludes with education on the responsible use of the Soul DefendHer smart pepper spray as an additional personal safety option, with an emphasis on informed decision-making and situational awareness.

Class Fee: $25.00
