Have you had your updated flu and Covid 19 vaccines? What about the RSV, pneumonia, shingles or Tdap vaccine? You can get your shots on Sunday, October 11th at the St. James Vaccine Clinic in the Guild Room from 9am to noon.

A variety of health insurance is accepted and most health insurance covers the cost of vaccines. If you don’t have insurance, St. James and the Health Department will cover the cost of flu, Covid 19, Tdap and pneumonia vaccines. Cost should not prohibit you from getting a vaccine.

To participate in the vaccine clinic, please complete the following steps:

1. RSVP to St. James (anonymously) by following this link https://subsplash.com/u/-V9PVP9/forms/d/56761afa-ae1b-40ed-8677-2d4068efba39 or (not anonymous) sending a message to office@stjamesbozeman.org and indicating which vaccines you will need, whether or not you have health insurance, and if you’re over 65.
2. Fill out the Healthy Gallatin form with your insurance information, requested vaccines, and allergy information. Forms can be filled out using this link: https://form.jotform.com/262675199138167. If you reach out to the office, you will be sent a form to print, fill out, and bring with you to the clinic.

Healthy Gallatin will still accept last minute visitors on October 11th, but appreciates as much advance notice as possible to prepare the quantity and types of vaccines to bring. Come to the Guild Room for snacks, coffee, and your fall shots!

St. James Episcopal Church is located at 5 W. Olive. To find the Guild Room, enter the small red door to the left of the sanctuary, turn left down the hall and look for the sign that says “Guild Room.”
