Montana’s Stream Access Rule is the gold standard for the entire country. In no other place does a rule like this exist, and it forms the backbone of public access to our shared waters across the state. Montanans support this law and have proven so by upholding it for over five decades. With the continued influx of wealthy out of state interests and individuals, we can expect it will continue to be challenged.

There will be featured speakers on public lands and stream access, candidates for statewide and regional public office, food trucks, and live music.

This is YOUR opportunity to show up and make it known how critical this issue is to you, your livelihood, and to any and all who understand the value of preserving Montana’s stream access laws.
