Basic Pistol is a two-part educational program consisting of classroom instruction and supervised range practice. The course supports public safety and responsible firearm use by teaching foundational handgun skills, including safe handling, marksmanship fundamentals, and firearm operation. Participants develop proficiency through structured dry-fire exercises and live-fire drills, with instruction focused on accuracy at common distances, safe malfunction resolution, controlled reloading, and effective management of shooting pace. All training takes place in a structured, instructor-led environment that emphasizes safety, consistency, and skill development.
