Dave B. King, MD – Family medicine physician in Gallatin County for nearly four decades
Dr. King is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and graduate of Columbia University and the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. King has dedicated nearly four decades providing care for patients in all settings, while also serving the Belgrade and Bozeman communities as the medical director for Bozeman Health Geriatrics Team, Bridger Rehab & Care, Mountain View Care Center, and as a Investigator for Clinical Research at Bozeman Health.  Dr. King also taught & precepted WAMI/WWAMI medical students, residents, PA’s and Nurse Practitioners.

Beyond his extensive medical career, he has contributed to the region as a long-time volunteer for the Belgrade Community Library, and a member of the Big Sky Ski Patrol.

Representative Mary Caferro – Montana legislator and healthcare advocate
Representative Caferro has served twenty-four years in the Montana legislature in both the House & Senate.  She has served on the Health and Human Services committees for both policy and budget as a member, vice chair, and chair, the Senate Finance and Claims Committee, the House Appropriations Committee and the Legislative Finance Committee, as well as the Health and Human Services committees.   Mary was appointed to numerous other committees by both Democrat and Republican leaders.  Governor Judy Martz appointed her to the Medicaid redesign committee and Senator Max Baucus to the National Healthcare Steering Committee.

For decades Mary Caferro has been a consistent, frugal and dedicated healthcare advocate for Montanans both inside and outside the legislature, and she has the deep understanding of Montana healthcare policy and budgets so essential at this time.
