Resistance Rocks!

Resistance Rocks! Saturday 9/20, 9:30-11 am, Soroptimist Park at the corner of East Main and South Rouse. Our goal is to paint even more rocks with resistance and heartfelt messages and place them around town to be noticed. We are spreading the message to people who are worried about the current administration, "You are not alone!" Placing the rocks should be done judiciously and with a mischievous wink. Let’s flood this town with positivity and resistance. The snow will come soon and shut us down, so let’s get one or two good events in before then.

Resistance Rocks!

Resistance Rocks! is an art project to flood Bozeman Parks and Downtown with cheerful rocks painted with heartfelt patriotic messages resisting tyranny and oligarchy. Keep it happy and cheerful, but patriotic and resistive at the same time. Please bring palm-sized or smaller rocks. We’ll paint background, slogan, and clearcoat. Then we’ll place them in neighborhoods, parks, and downtown independently or in small groups.

Join us on Saturday, September 20th from 9:30a-11:00a at Soroptimist Park which is located at the corner of East Main and South Rouse.
